Left on 286 east. Don't miss 286 exiting to the right a couple miles down the road. Follow 286 to jct 422 at Indiana.

Follow the "286 Truck Route" to bypass downtown Indiana via 422 east, then 119 north.

Continue on 286 east thru Clymer to end at jct 219

Continue straight onto 219 north to jct 36

Left on 36 north thru Punxy to jct 536

Left on 536 west to end at jct 28

Left on 28 south into New Bethlehem

Left on 839 south thru Dayton to end at jct 85

Left on 85 east to jct 210

Right on 210 south. Follow to end at jct 156

Right on 156 west thru Avonmore to end at jct 981

Right on 981 north to end at jct 819

Continue straight on 819 south to jct 380

Right on 380 west to jct 286.

Continue straight onto 286 west to complete the loop

Gas, Food, Etc:

Clymer, Punxsutawny, and New Bethlehem offer gas and food options. There are gas stations and mom/pop restaurants all along the route.
