Directions:Start: Sheetz on route 19 in Wexford Left onto Wallace Rd to end at jct Red Belt Left onto Red Belt to jct Franklin Rd Right on Franklin Rd. Follow to end in Evans City Right on 68 east thru town to jct 528 north Left onto 528 north thru Moraine State Park (Lake Arthur). Follow to end at jct 8. Right on 8 south. Follow to jct 138 (Euclid Rd) Left on Euclid Rd to jct 308 in West Sunbury. Left on 308 north to jct 58 Right on 58 east to jct 38 in Eau Claire Right on 38 south to jct Hooker Rd (just past jct 138) Left on Hooker Rd. Follow to end at jct 268 in Karns City Left on 268 north. Follow thru Parker to jct 58 Right on 58 east across bridge (Foxburg Inn on other side). Follow 58 to jct 68 in Sligo

Right on 68 west thru East Brady to Chicora Left on Slippery Rock St to Y in road. Bear right at the Y onto Chicora-Fenelton Rd. Follow to jct 422. Continue straight across over 422. Road becomes Clearfield Rd. Follow to stop/T. Go left to stay on Clearfield Rd. Clearfield turns into Winfield Rd on a big right corner. Follow Winfield Rd thru Cabot to jct 356 Left onto 356 south to jct 228 Right onto 228 west to jct Ekastown Rd (at stop with BP on corner) Left onto Ekastown Rd to jct 908. Right onto 908/Red Belt. Follow Red Belt past route 8 to jct Wallace Rd (at stop just past underpass). Continue straight onto Wallace (Red Belt goes right). Follow to jct 19 at Sheetz (end of loop). Gas, Food, Etc:Gas is available at all major towns along the route, but you might not find much between the towns. Many bikes will do the whole loop on a single tank. The Foxburg Inn is supposed to be a great spot to eat. It sits above the Allegheny River just across from the 268/58 intersection. Starting this loop about 10am puts you there for lunch. |
